Leadership Quality Possessing a leadership quality is important if you own a business in which you have employees or if you have a management position with a company. Such a leadership quality will allow you to be someone who others can look up to and be inspired by. Your employees will want to work for you and feel that your success is their success.
So, how does one go about learning to possess leadership quality? Leadership is defined as a quality where one is able to influence and direct others.
